This place will not open a cashier , and if you go through self checkout .... they will all but call you a thief !! Also a bit on the dirty side and poorly stocked . From now on I will pay more elsewhere to keep from being interrogated at checkout .

Shelf price for large eggs showed $2.02 today but scanned at $2.48. I questioned it and an employee went back to the eggs to check the shelf price. She came back and claimed there was no such price. I know what I saw. Needless to say, I didn't get the eggs. I went back there and, of course, the $2.02 price tag was gone. My guess is she pulled the tag off the shelf. It's very disappointing that an employee would do such a thing. My plan from now on is to take a PHOTO of the price on the shelf so I can prove it was there.

Every Saturday morning I come to this Walmart with no issues other than fighting through the Walmart employee ‘ shoppers’ and their gigantic carts. I decided this Sunday morning to go back and pick up a few items I had forgotten. Checking out in the self checkout line I’m approached by a young 12-year-old looking employee, telling me to put all of my items on the conveyor belt instead of pulling them straight out of my buggy to scan them like I was doing and always have , I mean that basically keeps you from lifting and touching everything twice. I’m 51 years old with a bad back and this just hit me the wrong way. If they had all cashers wouldn’t be a problem. I’m sure there’s a reason behind this, but how about put up signs, informing every one of your new policy instead of approaching us at the register like we’ve done something wrong and maybe have more cashiers. I may or may not be back to this one

THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT. I just moved to Helena and thought I hit the jackpot because there was a Walmart nearby. Unfortunately because of their incompetence I will gladly drive to Alabaster or Hoover. I ordered from the website and when I arrived the order wasn't ready, but ok I'll wait for it. When I got home to cook, what I ordered and what I received wasn't the same. So I have to trek all the way back just to be informed that they probably substituted the product, when asked why would they not inform me of the substitution I was answered with the classic "I don't know". My money was refunded for the wrong products and when I asked for the receipt for the refund I was given a whole attitude. I'm sorry shouldn't I have the attitude. I then went to look for the original product that I ordered and what did I find? An overabundance of it in plain site. First impressions are lasting. I will never return to this walmart. Poor service and even poorer attitude/customer service.

They've generally been good to us. We've used them for 2.5 years and everyone is generally helpful.

This place is good BUT it's so cold. It hurts to the bone, it shouldn't be freezing. I don't know how the employees work here. Even in the freezing cold winter days they had the air on. I wish they would fix it for not only the customers but the employees as well. It should not be refrigerator temperatures all year round

I don’t understand how a store as big as Walmart can run out of items, especially basic items like milk. My husband was there today and the whole shelf was bare. If this was the first time it would be different, but this happens all the time. Also, I have no clue why they have to keep it so cold in that store. I hear people saying they have to run down the isles to get items so they can hurry and get out. Probably missing a lot of sales since people are taking their time.

Online pickup.. the young man who loaded the car was very courteous. He verified I was good with the substitutions. Always great service at Helena WM.

I bought some cube steak a few weeks ago. I opened it when I got home and it had a bad smell. Other than that, I have not had any problems.

WORST PICKUP EXPERINCE EVER POSSIBLE. Apparently if this lot is full for pickup, go ahead and turn around. THEY WILL NOT BRING IT OUT TO YOU EVEN AFTER CHECKING IN AND SAYING "PICKUP LOT IS FULL, NO SPOT LISTED", "RED CAR" AND ALL THAT. excuse was "well we dont know where your spot is." Well that doesn't work when i call after waiting 40 minutes, have an employee knowledge im sitting out there waiting, and they have a description of my vehicle. I left after nearly an hour of waiting. Called support and filed a compliant. They agree if i mark "lot is FULL", they still need to bring it out.

Good, clean store. I do wish they would go back to pre-pandemic stocking so all the product and associates wouldn’t be in the way.
