Horrible at stocking shelves, I’ve purchased cold food that has spoiled bc they put it back on the shelf after someone either put it somewhere it wasn’t supposed to be or just sitting in the wrong area too long, meats and other foods out of date! I shopped here bc it was closer but I won’t be shopping here anymore!

My home base for pharmacy needs. The staff is wonderful and will help you find things. Grocery Store is good and I prefer their meat over Publix's. But I still go to Publix and buy BO GO.

More employees on the floor picking items for people who aren't even here than at the registers for those standing in line. If you want to check out quick, go to Publix.

I really enjoy this store. They are busy during the obvious busy hours b I think they have quite a few self check out lanes where you can scan the items yourself and pay in the line and if y I u need help bagging or bringing it out to your car there is always an associate right there to help. I really like there system.

This location had everything in stock. Other Wal Marts in the vicinity are usually out of the products we usually buy. This store is set up very nicely with a good bit of choices.

Polite online order people. Never have to wait no more than 5-6 minutes after parking in online pick up spot to receive online order.

Not sure the carts were sanitized. The store was relatively empty. The shelves were scarce for some things. We made it through the self serve cashier fairly quickly. There rarely is any customer service but I guess that is what you get for the discounted prices.

This is one of the friendliest stores I've ever dealt with. The employees such as Lynn, go out of their way to help you. It's such a pleasure shopping at this store! The pharmacy is great too!

I always enjoy shopping this location. The store is well maintained, shelved stocked (within reason) and employees are eager to help as u pass them. I especially like the abundance of self checkout lanes. This location has received Walmart’s screen update, which has a more convenient user face in my opinion. This is my “go to” if I’m close by. ?????

Thank you to Brandi A. for her patience, help and service during the 2020 holiday season. We all understand how busy this time can be and how demanding our schedules are. We also understand how inventory fluctuates from day to day. Thank you Brandi for taking a few minutes to check and see if an item was in stock and put it aside to save us the time and energy it would take if we were to go there and find it unavailable. You're a gem! Thank you for your help! Happy Holidays to you and the entire Walmart team!

Every time I go I remember why I hate Walmart. First, an associate was standing in the doorway and directed me to use the side entrance. Once inside there were no shopping carts so I had to go back outside to get one. The shelves were a mess and lacked stock. There were only 2 registers open and people were in line back into the aisles, even the self checkout. An associate was standing by the registers watching the cluster. I asked if she would open a register and she said NO.

I've never been able to get everything on my list here. They are horrible at stocking the shelves. They will have things in stock but not actually put them out on the shelves for weeks. They leave food items that are over a month past the expiration date on the shelves.Edit: changed from one star to three. Stocking has improved slightly. The main reason for the bump, however, is the friendliness of the cashiers.Second edit: back down to two stars. The stockers are terrible. See my pics of the milk cooler for an examole of how bad they are.

I hate to put it on blast but before I even got one bag in the trunk and this guys over at my car with his hands on my buggy and my groceries and when he takes them out to hand them to me he was not at all taking care with mother my mother my groceries and I was really shocked and everybody seem really polite but don't dare come near a closing time I hate everybody has a bad day and this any other in red I don't even want this guy to get in trouble but People are struggling right now and I mean extremely hard and he really by being so nasty to me.. some days people get treated so bad in their every day life and one interaction like this could really send people over the age so don't treat people bad just don't be nice or or go away As far as Walmart Corp. and the management of that store it is one of the most beautifully put together in stores that I've been in it is my favorite and I live probably 30 miles away and I love it I love it I love it that is for you no product placement and the look of the store yes I'm sure the employees clean it and such but I am yeah and they were in in concert together pretty pretty ugly

Stopped in for a quick shopping trip because the Publix across the street was closed. I picked up the 5 items I needed (toilet paper, it was urgent) and proceeded to checkout. 3 lanes open, all self checkout. After waiting 15 minutes in line, they opened a regular checkout because the self checkout computers went down.

In the old Winn Dixie shopping center in Helena now resides the Walmart neighborhood market. It's a grocery store with several isles of necessities such as toiletries minus the traditional supermarket mark up! Initially with a Publix directly across the street I figured this was a bad move to on Walmart's part to take over the vacant building when Publix ran the prior occupant out of town. I was wrong.... While the deli, seafood, bakery and produce sections of Publix are far superior to Walmart. This store saves me on bottled water, diapers, canned food, frozen food, toiletries and general household goods. I do the bulk of my shopping at the Walmart neighborhood market. The savings are tremendous. It's not the most convenient to go to separate stores but the required shopping elsewhere is limited and the list continues to dwindle with Walmart s improvements. The produce has gotten significantly better, while Publix produce department quality has dissipated significantly. I continue to buy some items in bulk from Sams and the meat at Winn Dixie off Morgan rd is good quality and inexpensive. I'll likely look to eliminate Publix altogether with exception to the deli and seafood depts. I haven't had to step foot into a Walmart super center thanks to this place in quite some time and i hope to keep it that way!
