Relaxing experience staff were fairly nice was a little hot that day but the AC was flowing super nicely this alone deserves 5 stars. Would recommend anyone try.Services: Hand & foot massages

I went here on a whim because my other salon was closed. 4 of my fingers were bleeding when I left and after only a week two of my nails popped off. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.Service: Dip powder

New to Alabama (Helena) . The first guy was rude and went and got someone else. She was argumentative. The polish looks like it's sitting on top of my nail.She filed them some are not straight. She argued about it. Tee was the name she gave me. Another lady walked in the same guy was rude to her as well. She left. I would have left, but was too far in.I will never go here again.Services: Acrylic nails

By far one of the worst days ever. Upon arrival I was greeted and taken care of right away. That was at 4:15pm. I wasn’t done with my acrylic full set nails which should normally take 45 minutes until 6:35pm. My nails are uneven, the gel polish is coming off, and the filing is horribly done. You can see dents and grooves through the polish of my nails from where she filled.? It looks like I’ve had my nails on for 2 to 3 weeks already. I return the following day to get my nails redone by a different nail technician or to seek a refund. I was giving the option to get my nails done by a different technician or get a refund. Cool. The other technician was rude and really did not want to do my nails. She would not even give me a time of when she would be able to service me. Nor did she really wants to see what my problems were with my nails . As far as the refund, the lady tells me she doesn’t know how to refund services back to my card, (then why offer) she didn’t even offer to give cash and the other two technicians that were present we’re not eager to assist in helping her refund me my hard Earn money. (And nails are not CHEAP) She then offered to give me a “gift card” for me to come back in to continue servicing their business. As if that’s, Fixing the issue my nails. My nails are horrible. I’m still out of money but yet you want me to continue to put into your business with a “gift card” when you did not make me feel like a valuable customer or appreciated with my time after spending 2 1/2 hours for a full set! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in Helena! I normally come to this place often because it isn’t crowded and they will always get you in and out and I would always tip on top of my service. I am just at a loss of words with the service that I received yesterday. I do not recommend anyone to go receive service from technicians who only care about the dollar amount and not your customer experience. This establishment is supposed to be a nail spa experience and that is not what I received.

I will start off by saying that i have heard good things about this salon. However, we did not have a good experience. My 17 year old daughter went in to get her roots done & her blonde highlights not to be so "yellow". She was asked if "Ash" would be what she was looking for & she said she just needs the yellow to be toned down. My daughter did not realize what color ash was. The hair stylist did not have any samples of hair color or pictures to show her( my salon I use has specific strands of hair with the different colors). Now I will say, I should have just gone with her so I could be a part of this & explained it to her that Ash would not be a color she would like.. Its far to dark. My daughter's hair turned out brown. We had to go to someone else that has to strip her hair & put in new color before a pageant the very next day. I know have over $400 in this. I'm sure her hair will be very unhealthy after all of this as well. I called & spoke with the owner & requested for her to give us some of our money back ( obviously I was happy to pay for the haircut & I would even be willing to pay for some but not the full $150.) They refused. She was very professional but made several little snarky comments such as " I would assume your daughter would know what ash is... it's obvious she gets her hair done often" & " I'm sorry you chose somewhere that you have never been before instead of going to your normal salon". So what I'm trying to say is that you need to be very clear on what you want & don't send your daughter on her own!!

No matter how busy they are, they have never turned me away. It's difficult enough to find a salon open on Sundays, but these ladies work so hard! I came in today, knowing they would be busy, it being the Sunday before Valentine's, but I broke a nail when I was trying to hammer something and didn't want to show up to work tomorrow like that. I knew there would be a wait, but I didn't mind. Other customers were not very understanding and were feeling entitled to immediate service, even though they showed up on the Sunday before Valentine's ? One lady started to get annoyed because they started on my nails, even though she was still in the middle of getting her toes done. Makes no sense! As soon as she was done with her pedicure, they wrapped her nails and they started on someone else while her nails were soaking in the foil. She got even angrier, even though she could see that they were very busy! She didn't even wait that long before she took off the foils herself and said she was going to pay for her pedicure and leave. She kept saying that they did everyone before her. I guess she thought that they shouldn't tend to other customers while she was getting her pedicure and her nails were wrapped. How entitled can you be? I'm sorry these nail professionals had to deal with this lady. Ladies, be patient and appreciate your nail techs! No customer is more important than the others! I should also add that my nails never ever lift before they should and this is the only place that has ever gotten the shape right! I will gladly wait longer to be a customer here ♥️

I came in on a Sunday and arrived less than 10 minutes after opening. There were two people already there getting pedicures. My normal salon doesn’t open until 12 on Sundays and I was in a rush so I decided to give this place a try since it’s close to home and had a decent rating. Upon walking in, I struggled to find a nail polish that looked decent. There were not many color options and most of the polishes looked old and had began to separate. Even after shaking it to mix it and see the true color, it didn’t seem to do much good. I had came in needing a pedicure and the employee asked if I wanted a manicure too. I asked how much to paint my fingernails and she told me $48. That didn’t include tips. Just nail polish. Not gel. Not SNS. I declined and said I would just do a pedicure. She never told me the price of a pedicure but if it costs $48 to paint fingernails, I figured it would be steep. Their prices are not listed anywhere in the salon or online. However, I was willing to pay because I would be saving time and wouldn’t be late to where I had to be at 2. I understand there were people in front of me, but after waiting 40 minutes and the other ladies weren’t anywhere near done, I decided to leave and just make the drive to my normal salon where I was seen immediately. I have no intention of coming back. Very poor customer service and didn’t seem very clean.
