I normally conduct quick inside the bank business at the Helena branch with Regions. Several times I have had more detail business to conduct and Ahston Pody has always been pleasant and patient. She takes the time to study what I need even though I might not think of everything. All Regions associates are great but Ashton stands out makes me feel taken care of with her personal care for others. Thank you Ashton.

Helena Regions has that small town/home town banking feeling. Same tellers and banking agents makes it nice to form relationships with them.

The ATM has trapped my items on two occasions now. It first did not give me my card back which caused me to need to order a new one and now it has taken my money. In both of these incidents the workers were extremely unhelpful and seemed very apathetic. Unpleasant to the max.

Non Account Holder but I handle four clients who use them as a primary banking institution, so I'm there... often. From a non account holders perspective... this branch is nice, not superb, nor bad. A hint above average: in reflection to: customer service, helpfulness, overall employee demeanor. 4/5

The customer service at the branch is horrible. We opened an account in July of 2016 and every time we ask a question of a banker we get a different answer. It appears the bankers make up the answers they desire to have. Training is horrible Regions wide. Sometimes they charge fees, sometimes they cash checks, sometimes they close their branch 5 minutes early because what you come in for will take longer than 5 minutes. The service at this branch is really bad. If you are needing a new bank, please think about using a better bank than Regions.
