My husband tried to get two prescriptions filled and the pharmacy tech said they couldn’t fill a certain prescription unless it was over a certain amount when this has never happened before. The other medication that needed to be filled they said he would be put on a wait list and that they wouldn’t contact him when it was ready, but he would have to call them in a couple of weeks to see if it was ready himself. We have never had to deal with an issue like this from any other pharmacy before.We will unfortunately be taking our business elsewhere.

Love shopping here. We recently moved to Montevallo and I have tried to shop in Alabaster but it's not the same. The entire team in Helena are the best. They run a great store and it's always clean and stocked. This store is worth the drive.

Here is the deal - I love shop for food. Publix is a great place to find a variety of items. Yes - the prices are a little higher but they have different and unique items that other places may not have. I am a little sad that the supply chain has had such an impact on all the stores. Many shelves on several isles in this store were empty.

Pretty sad that Kylie Anderson, who has bent over backwards to help the community, was told to leave the Publix parking lot where she was trying to stay safe to hand out items people desperately need. Out of character for Publix. I’m very disappointed.

Friendly and helpful personnel who go the extra mile to care for their customers. Publix contributes thousands of dollars to the schools and charities in our community and will always have my support.

Recently within the last couple of months Publix’s quality on produce and seafood has been awful. Rotten vegetables, opened bags of potatoes, smashed vegetables put out for sale, badly decomposed fruits for sale. All kinds of bones in “boneless” salmon fillets, quality of steaks is terrible. I’m not sure what happened but this Publix’s quality has nose dived fast and hasn’t seemed to improve at all.
