“Not sure of the name of lady who helped me out this morning, but she made my entire experience so pleasant and explained everything I asked her. I was so happy with my experience. It took me less than 5 minutes to do what needed to get done, and she was so thorough with making sure to answer any questions. She was super sweet and very personable. I was just super pleased with the efficiency of this employee and the friendly service. She got her job done, and I got mine done. She really made me feel welcome today.”

“I ship from this location 3-4 times a month and have never had a major problem that they couldn’t resolve. It seems as if some people want them to back flip and hula hoop for them instead of following the process. Honestly, I feel bad for the employees because I’ve heard the way some entitled and rude customers talk to them. The line is long sometimes but I use the kiosk often. It’s the only location in Hoover and the employees can’t control the amount of people they are expected to serve. I would advise anyone who frequents this location the same way I advise my toddler: Listen, be patient, and treat others how you want to be treated.”
