“I love Harbor Freight, when I need some some specialty mechanic tool for working on my old truck they're my go to. Sure some stuff isn't the best money can buy but I'm a shade tree mechanic and there's no reason for me go spend top dollar for a tool I'm going to use once a year or less, and other tools I use a little more often but not everyday, good example, I bought a reciprocating saw from them 15 years ago for 19 bucks and it still works like brand new”

“This is the only place in town to buy cedar lumber. Oh, you can get cedar boards at the big box stores but you'll pay twice to three times the price. Cole-Hall has anything you want in cedar dimensional lumber, beams, .... Highly recommended.”

“It started out with a leaky toilet and ended with a total bathroom update.Home Depot was where we ended up finding a lot of what we needed. And the items we had to order came in pretty quickly and in good shape. Seem to have a mix of employees who know what they're doing and know all their stuff and some you're better off with trial and error picking your own supplies. Some are new, so hopefully that learning curve won't be too bad because they seem like nice enough guys. Not that they didn't want to help, just didn't have the experience yet. Not the easiest location to get into and out of during heavy traffic times, but the location is conveniently, centrally located to serve a lot of people, and parking lot itself is good. It's just located at a busy intersection.”

“I called this company one day looking for fasteners because my three car trailer had began detaching from the fifth wheel. All of the bolts had broken and I was at risk of the trailer coming off of my truck. After I explain to Ashton that I was in A bad situation and was stuck on the side of the road he immediately asked for pictures of the part that I needed and offered to bring the parts to me 20 minutes away. This guy was awesome and I was very pleased and impressed because he did not have to do that. I travel from state to state along the East Coast every day and rarely do you find people that will break their back to make sure you’re OK and safe. I really appreciate you Ashton! Good people deserve to be recognized!”

“Store 0881 the experience I had at this store is something to brag about. I saw on their online site that they carried this certain item, so I drove there to purchase it. I get there and asked a worker what I was looking for and showed him the picture on their site, he told me I had to order it and have it shipped. I left and as I was walking to my car, I saw another worker, who turned out to be a manager, we walked back in the store and looked up the product I was searching for. Well they had plenty in stock. Damion was the manager who helped means doe my troubles he gave me 10 bucks off the price.I get to the register to check out told the cashier what Damion said and she didn't question me not once. That Cashier's name was Alissa very polite lady. Had a nice conversation with me. Before I could finish my transaction Damion walked up to make sure I was properly taking care of.”

“Very inefficient delivery process. Save yourself the headache and shop at another store. The associates at the local store do not know whats going on ever, and getting anyone to help on the phone is hopeless. Lowes needs to polish their delivery process. You either get defective products, or don’t get the product at all.2/6/24 Update: Our order was delivered after some mishaps.”
