OMG STAY AWAY!!! My kids looked like a 5 year old cut their hair!!! Absolutely horrified!!! My daughters hair looked like a butchered Barbie doll hair and my son hair is so uneven! It looks like someone slipped and cut the front of his hair off !! Do NOT take your children here! they should find a different job! They have no business destroying children confidence -1 starts

We've had a good experience every time we have gone, but today there were two new employees and they were rude, snarky to myself and my children. One did a poor job ignoring suggestions of other employees. I have no plans to attend this location again. Extremely disappointed!Only good thing was Valerie - she was a joy and considerate.

I've gone here for a long time for haircuts and have gotten relatively the same thing over time. Today I asked for a Three guard on the sides and to texture and thin the top and back. Despite letting my stylist know this a couple times I ended up with a Three guard to the sides and the back and getting an inch cut off from the top and no texture. I enjoy coming to this place and getting my hair cut here because it's local but I may not come to this location again

Keep all of this in mind:1. Haircut stylists here are paid hourly2. They have quotas to meet: haircut time (under 15 minutes I think), product sales, etc.3. If you want a certain style it's best to go elsewhere as they will take half of what you say and forget the rest. Example: you ask for a classic fade (start short at the neck then gradually increase towards top of head) 3 to a 4 then scissors on top. THEY WILL DO A 3 ALL OVER MAYBE TOWARDS THE TOP GO TO 3.5 THEN CUT MOST OF THE TOP. It's just what happens here in order to meet criteria. Everyone did what they were suppose to so I can't be mad at it.with all the above. Haircut was decent,hairstylist did a great job with the time afforded. Reminded me of when I cut it myself during covid (used clippers all over at a single setting) I'll stick to a regular barber and pay more... Once I find one ..oh well.
