Not my favorite location. I placed an order today for a coffee and a donut via mobile order, which I assume would make things easy. My coffee order was accurate (as far as I could tell) but I was handed my coffee and told to have a nice day…I said, I also had a donut. And they asked what kind. When I told them, I was told that particular type was unavailable and “that’s why.” I told them I already paid for one so I’d take another then I pretty much had to blindly guess on available for my replacement donut. Luckily I chose one they still had ? The whole experience felt rushed and I saw there was not a huge line when I left so I’m not really sure what the issue was. I’d return if I had to but I much prefer the Alabaster one for consistency and friendliness.

Rude employees: didn’t get greeted at all; at least 4 employees at us and just kept walking around.

Ordered two Large lattes. Not hot at all. I requested mine to be redone. I never heard an espresso machine or milk frothing. Disappointed in my $5 latte. I will not be back. The drive through guy was nice and smiled and the girl who remade my drink apologized.

Every time. Literally every time, I go here the order is never completed correctly. Either missing items or ordered a hot drink but they made an iced drink. Multiple occasions. Ridiculous.

I am a regular at this location multiple times of day, simply because of the service and the quality of my iced coffee. I am not sure what has happened with the old management but the new management, and employee's led by this management, has drastically changed. My iced coffee has been incorrect for a week straight and when I turn back around for it to be fixed, the atmosphere is negative. I am unsure of what has happened to the culture of this location but it makes me sad. I hope to see changes soon because this was actually the only really good location in Shelby County. Sighs.

I get an iced latte here most of the time. But lately, the service is getting or should I say, already down hill. Went through the drive thru today and sat there for 3 minutes without having someone even checking (I was the only one in the drive thru), until I spoke up and checked if anyone was there? That's the only time someone get my oder. But when I drove up to the window to pay, two staffs were there chatting, and just kept going even after seeing me. Again I sat there for another 3-4 minutes waiting for one of them to get the payment, nobody did and did not even acknowledged me even by saying "hey, give us a minute to finish up chatting here and we'll get back to you"?. I just drove off and left empty handed.

Horrible experience. Waited 40 minutes to receive my donuts and drinks. The entire time it seem very unorganized with employees seeming to not understand what they were doing. Needs new management to retrain and lead the employees better.

Ordered 2 dozen 1/2 glazed, 1/2 chocolate iced. Had to pull up and wait on a donut order. Received 19 glazed older donuts and 5 chocolate cake donuts.Its great for the younger generation to work, but if you can't do it right, stay home.My grandkids were really disappointed.I won't be back.

This Dunkin' was great until a week or two ago. I would have given it 5 Stars. One day the lobby door was locked, the next it was an entirely new staff and a massive drop in the quality of service.I went to Dunkin every day. I would place my order on the app and then walk in and grab my coffee easy-peasy.One day the door was locked, and the drive-thru line was not moving, so I had to leave my order. Since then, it's been a 5-20 minute wait every time.Today was my last straw. I was #317 and waited patiently for about 20 minutes. I saw my name go from Upcoming Orders to Order Ready, but did not see my drink or food. After another 10 minutes my order disappeared from the screen all together.At this point, as they were giving out orders in the #320+ range, I decided to finally inquire. I politely told them that I was under Order Ready and then it disappeared. One of the new employees, a young lady, looked visibly agitated and told me "If your name isn't up there your order isn't ready" as I saw them handing out orders to people who just walked in and whose names were never on the board.Another employee came from around the corner and said, "oh here's your food". Rather than apologizing or fixing the issue by quickly making my drink, the first employee did nothing except sigh loudly and go back to slowly making drinks.After waiting another 5 minutes I told them to just cancel my drink and left. I will not be back until they fix this newly developed staffing issue.
