LET ME START BY SAYING THE STORE WAS VERY ORGANIZED AND IT COULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE !!! CUSTOMER SERVICE on the other hand was AWFUL !!! I don’t normally go to this Dollar General, but I drove the extra miles to see what kind of nails they had because the DG I normally go to didn’t have a wide selection. I decided to exchange the nailed from a previous purchase along with my receipt from the purchase that did not work for me for something else I didn’t want to risk the same thing happening again. The Cashier went to get the manager and the manager said That is a factory problem if they did not stick to my nails and she would NOT do the RETURN . I then said I haven’t had a problem with any other Dollar General or any other store for that matter.. Her response was I’m not the other Dollar General. I proceeded to leave the other items I was getting ready to purchase at the register and told her I will go to another Dollar General , I have never gotten a response like that and will not go back to THIS Dollar General!! Customer service is the key!! THIS HAPPENED THIS MORNING 04/09/2024!!

Will not go to this Dollar General again. You can't check out unless paying with a card. Who knows where the employee was. I wanted to buy a few greetng cards and was not going to use credit or debit card for a 5 dollar purchase.

I visited the store yesterday with my wife, and my wife was asking for help. The associate was rude, disrespectful and she was not willing to help. The associate huffed and puffed when asked to do her job. Her actions and words were more than unprofessional. At the end of it all, she gave my wife the middle finger.There were two associates there, Nesha was kind and polite. The other associate was not wearing a name badge and she was extremely unpleasant.I will never visit this location of Dollar General again.

Worst service I have ever encountered. The girl was rude, impatient and hateful! I will never go back. No customer service!!!! And this is the first time I have ever complained about any place of business.

Easily the worst Dollar General I have been in! It is always junkie when you walk in and usually do not have what I need in stock. I automatically go to Pelham Store.

It was wonderful this time around.A manager was on duty who was extremely kind. She even told me about a superb sail that was not put out yet. I purchased some quality items at excellent savings.

One of the worst DGs I've been to in the country. Half the time they're out of what you need, and every employee there gets an attitude and does t want to help if you don't use the self checkout. Absolutely awful management. For a nice area, this shouldn't be accepted DG.

I just needed to grab some toys to give away for Halloween at the hospital I volunteer at. The staff locked the door at 7:58 an hour before they close. They would not let me in or tell me what was happening. I’ve been to this location before at this time so I know they are usually open. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Rushed in to buy batteries for an infant vibrating seat. My FIRST Grand Baby was coming to my house to visit. Store Manager, Laurie, listened to me go on and on about my purchase and my Grand Son. We had some laughs together and I told her about my 3 children and how Dollar General fits into my family story. My kids favorite memory is selecting a frozen treat from the freezer on hot summer days! Thanks Dollar General! I can’t wait to bring my Grand Son in to select a treat!
