“I love going here with my family. It doesn't feel like im being watched or targeted. The employees are always nice and approachable. They dont act like you are a bother or the job is beneath them, they really take care of their customers need. the store is very clean and kept that way throughout the day, kids are allowed to test out the balls, and nobody makes them out to be a brother. Prices are perfect, and the store is very easy to navigate.”
“If you go to the back right corner of the store, you can find some interesting decor items...incense holders, wall shelves, and more. Of course, their name is misleading at this point as nearly everything is more than $5.00. There are some good exercise aid products as well... exercise bands, yoga blocks, and jump ropes. The store is always clean and is very much a self-service type of store, which I personally like.”
“I have been to this Dollar Tree a few times. It's hit or miss. The last time I came here I bought a set of four bath sponges from April Bath & Shower. They were pretty poorly made, but I do not really expect much for four bath sponges for only $1.25.”

“This was one of the nicest & cleanest stores I have been in. Not to mention, the associates were friendly, not walking around with a nasty attitude. This is very uncommon to see this in a lot of Dollar Trees I go into, sadly. I'm from out of town, but if I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely visit this location again for anything I need to pick up quickly.”

“I am a DOLLAR STORE PRINCESS and Shenitta is the Queen. I am a country girl and have always been beyond appreciative of DGs goal of getting the food / household necessities across the south. But, let me tell you, the Pelham/Helena HWY store reigns supreme! I've been to the NC, and the TN, and the GA, and the SC stores but no. She wins! This store has some some of the hardest working, nicest, realist individuals. Stop by, say hey to Ms. Shenitta, pick up a bottle of $5 wine and some jalapeño Cheetos for me!! About to drop in now for their half-price soil deals... they have it all!!”

“First time at Family Dollar. Typically if I need something super cheap I'll go to Dollar tree, but was excited to try something new. Jasmine needed to get some cat food and this was the spot that she typically comes to. I had a blast looking at all the aisles and the snacks. I've realized that there is always fun snacks that you won't find at your every day grocery store. As far as the staff in concerned I did not have an issue, but do see a lot of reviews stating the staffs attitude is rough. I liked my experience here and will sure be back.”

“The young lady that assisted me was Brittany she is Kind Polite and VERY Knowledgeable but she is Also an EXTREMELY HARD WORKER this is the BEST this location has looked in YEARS. I can’t brag enough on the girls Brittney and Meredith they have improved this location tremendously- I live within a 1/2 mile from this location and up until 1 month ago I avoided this location simply because of the way it looked and smelled now it’s just bright and VIBRANT Good Job Girls and GREAT JOB Dollar General ! “This was the typical 1.25 store experience. It was super crowded on a Saturday afternoon. The lines were long but the staff was hardworking in their pursuit in getting us in and out. This location had decent inventory. Still lots to pick from for upcoming holidays. You can always find cute decor for cheap. We came here to grab Valentine's Day cards and the selection was nice. I haaaate the parking lot at the shopping center this $1.25 store is in. Especially when it's busy so be careful!”

“After I broke my foot and ankle, I was unable to navigate the store, even with the cart. I order my groceries on line now and my husband picks them up. I've been very impressed with the service. My nervousness over someone else picking out my produce was unwarranted as they've done a very nice job. I've been able to include all store items which has been great too. They give you ample opportunity to substitute items - or not - that are out of stock. One item I wanted that was out of stock was shipped to me at no additional charge. I make my menu and stick to what I need. Less impulse buying. We've had no issues with picking up or missed items. While I miss counting my personal shopping steps in my fitbit, I am not sure I'll ever go back in person!”
