Out of all of All of the hundreds, maybe thousands of times I have stepped foot inside of a bank, I must say my experience at the ALABASTER WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK was truly refreshing and second to none.
Similar to most people, when it comes to monetary transactions I have extremely high expectations. I mean it is MONEY so it’s kinda important right!? Correct. Therefore WHERE I choose to call “home” for my money as well as WHO I choose to oversee and facilitate things both play immense factors on Where I leave my money. That new place for me is Wood Forest National Bank.
Personally, I am very Inquisitive on the banks I trust to oversee my money and usually have tons of questions, however thanks to a banker by the name of ERICA there weren't really any questions left unanswered due to her truly leaving no stone unturned.
Gets better…
Not only was I provided with VERY detailed information regarding exactly what I came in for, but also IT WAS QUICK! The amount Of knowledge I obtained in a short 15 minutes with Ms. Erica was far more than my other bank has given me in years. By far. She truly was able to meet all of my needs. From the attention to detail, to how she made me feel, and most importantly the SECURITY of knowing that my information is safe - guarded with true professionals who know their craft is simply…..refreshing.
And yes…I understand you probably have a bank account. However, Whether it be a child needing their first bank account, questions regarding your DBA for your business or literally WHATEVER needs you have as I am more than positive they will take care of you and your money. take care of the same way they did me. Again, thank you ERICA as well as the manager MS. PAMELA for making this such a beautiful experience for me.

I applied online, received a call the next day, and had an account set up within the next 30 minutes. The branch manager went above and beyond answering all my questions. I asked about taking photos and let her know I reviewed businesses on Google.It was a little awkward taking pictures in the bank. Contrary to the photos there are plenty of staff personnel working here. They opted not to be in the pictures, I don't blame them. I highly recommend this branch and Credit Union.”
