My mailbox has been in the same place for over 10 years. They told me to put in a new mailbox. I put it in and now the girl at the post office wants me to move it and she hasn't delivered my things that I order through Amazon for 3 weeks. They are being held up at the post office, knowing that I pay for shipping and I haven't been able to go because I go to work at 5:30 am and get home at 7:00 pm and well, at that time it's closed. That's why I need my things in my mailbox.

I wanted to give a shoutout to the Heflin post office for their fantastic customer service! I went in looking for some spring-themed stamps to send Easter greetings to my real estate clients. The postal worker I spoke with was incredibly helpful.Although they didn't have any spring stamps in stock at that moment, she didn't just tell me they were out. She went the extra mile and checked their inventory thoroughly. Even better, she let me know that new spring stamps were expected to arrive the very next day!Thanks to her attentiveness, I was able to plan accordingly and ensure my Easter cards will have those cute spring touches I was hoping for. This kind of helpfulness makes a big difference!

If you need help with something, good luck. They seem to go out of their way to not help you. They also will do anything to protect each other if you have a complaint. It never makes it to the postmaster, not that he's ever there to talk with anybody. I've asked to speak with him and he's always "not there" or unavailable.

Tamara deserves 5 stars on all levels!! I had some really important documents I needed to mail out so I called before I left my house since I left 25 minutes away. Tamara was so friendly on the phone and answered all my questions. Once I got there she went above and beyond for me! The documents I was sending required many particular things. She didn't once get annoyed with me. She was so friendly and accommodating. She is a star employee and USPS should be proud of her professionalism!
