They were not even closed yet and a woman was yelling “we are closed” So very unprofessional! If I could give no stars I would. You do not treat clients like that. I work in insurance and if get off at 6:00 pm and someone calls at 5:59 I take care of their needs. Only in Heflin would this happen! I will be taking my business elsewhere whether piggly wiggly, family dollar, or WM from now on just because of the attitude the girl had.

It's a Dollar Gereral, ain't they all about the same, except for the salespeople. They had a really good one that I could relate to but she's not there anymore. New staff are ok but not as outgoing.

Had a good experience and good customer service. Only problem I had was that they were out of stock on alot of their products.

I live within driving distance of 2 CLOSER Dollar General Stores. But I never go to those, I only go to the Heflin Dollar General. WHY? Because the staff there CARE about their jobs and it shows in how they treat their customers and how clean the store is. I never have to climb over boxes to get down an aisle, or slip on something spilled. They have the best fresh fruits and vegetables that it astounds me I am going to a Dollar General to get better fresh items than I can get at a grocery store or Walmart. I LOVE this store!

Great little store to pick up essentials and pay my Alabama power bill also. Friendly faces with great prices. My go to place for paper products and snacks for weekend cook outs

The bathroom was not stopped at all with toilet paper or paper towels for God's sake it's a Dollar General you sell those things LOL other than that the store was fine the guy at the register the cashier was nice
