I have zero complaints about anyone or anything at Buster Miles. They’re top notch from sales to service! I don’t plan to go anywhere else other than Buster Miles for all my auto needs.
Eddie in sales is the best. Hands down the easiest new car purchase ever, I never even went to the dealership. From the time I first spoke with him on the phone to the time my car was in the driveway was less than 48 hours.
Tim in the service department is the man! He’s always a phone call away and has been nothing but helpful and accommodating.
If you’re in the market for a new Ford, and you should be, Buster Miles is the place to go!

Excellent experience. I live in the Atlanta area and had visited several Ford dealers. Then I drove to Birmingham in search for a better deal. Driving back from Birmingham I stopped at Buster Miles to check their inventory. Buster Miles had the truck I was wanted. Since I had been shopping for three weeks I knew what a good deal looked like. We closed the deal in 30 minutes in the car lot.

From the moment I parked my Bronco, I experienced exceptional service. The greeting was prompt and warm, setting a friendly and professional tone for my visit. As I settled into the comfortable waiting room, I found it conducive to both relaxation and productivity. While waiting, I was able to engage in some reading and work on my laptop without feeling rushed.
The routine service I had scheduled was efficiently completed, ensuring I was on schedule for my day. I appreciated being informed about the need to replace some filters, but what stood out was the absence of pressure to immediately agree to the additional service.
During the checkout process, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency, allowing me to leave with ample time for my next morning commitment. Overall, my experience was characterized by attentive service and respect for my time.
