“I purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition May 2024 … it had 1 bad tire on it , so they agreed to put a brand new one on it until we could make it back to Mississippi (6 hour drive from them) and 2 weeks later the transmission went out. We had purchased an extended warranty with the expedition. The Warranty would not cover a brand new transmission, but would cover a used one with the same amount of miles on it. We didn’t want that, we wanted an eternity fix. We of course were going to be out of pocket because they would only pay up to a certain amount , the warranty place was giving us the run around BUT once we contacted Jerry at Buster Miles - he got his rep on our claim. Yesterday we picked our expedition up and Jerry called, said to email him the paperwork & our out of pocket cost… they are reimbursing us! Thank you Buster Miles for a good experience all the way from Mississippi!!”

“I called about a couple tires for my boat trailer. I called several tires shops in the area and no one had these in stock. When I called here I was happy to hear that he did have the tires I needed in stock. They were able to get the new tires mounted very quickly. The price was great as well. Seemed like a typical small town tire shop with some great southern hospitality. I would absolutely recommend and do business here again”
