“This was my first time going to Interstate. I called beforehand to see if they would take my old battery and potentially replace the battery in my vehicle, as well. The two gentlemen at the store were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Such wholesome energy! While they were changing out my battery they noticed my positive terminal was shot (acid leaked out from my previous battery and damaged it) and they replaced it for free! The whole interaction took maybe 10 minutes, but their professionalism and kindness will stay with me forever. Thank you, guys. You have earned a customer for life!”

“Last night, I got pulled over by the police for my tag light being out. On my way home from work I stopped by O'Reilly to purchase some bulbs and a plastic wrench; YouTube videos told me I needed to replace bulbs. Richard and Caleb greeted me in and Richard was very attentive to my needs. Not only did Richard help me find the correct bulbs but he also save me money by replacing the bulbs for me. I did not have to purchase the plastic wrench. Caleb also assisted Richard with replacing the tag light bulbs. I am very grateful for they assistance and recommend anyone to stop at this establishment for your auto needs. Thank you guys so much”
