We was having a hard time getting a building built on our land due to needing flood insurance. Long story short, Jessica went above and beyond her job to help us. She made calls for us and helped us in so many ways. She was the one that got us through this difficult process with the bank. Also, anytime I’ve got questions regarding our insurance policy, the staff is always willing to help and very prompt. The best decision I ever made was contacting Sims Curry State Farm and moving our house, vehicles and structures to this company. Highly recommend!!!

They are always professional and friendly. They care about their customers like family. Took over my daddy's policy after he passedThey have been a joy to work with. There has been only Only one incident in 7 years that I was not happy with. After using my policy emergency services, my insurance more than doubled for over a year and they cancelled that part of policy. I went with another company during that time which caused my homeowners policy to skyrocket. I then came back after my policy lowered.

I have been a customer of Sims since he opened for business. I have always been well informed and also well educated on various options and products pertinent to my home, autos and businesses. He even played liaison with another agent out-of-state to make sure I was properly covered with a new start-up business. As a small business owner I appreciate the way he and his office conducts business. I haven't had a single problem with a claim, advise or billings. I strongly recommend the services of this office.
