“Just came for the first time to get a nebulizer machine for my little, they give me the wrong mask. I called and asked if they would fix it and get the right one, they said yes so I came back and they ordered the correct one but needed one that day so they went out of their way and went to another pharmacy and purchased me one!VERY good customer service and very helpful!!”

“I have intended to write this review for a long time.

I'm not a big walmart fan. I don't care for the crowds and sub par customer service at both the stores and their gas stations. It's very rare that I have a positive customer service experience at any Wal-Mart. This one is a far cry better than most but still not great.

However...the pharmacy is a completely different story. I'm not sure how I got started using this pharmacy years ago but I'm glad I did. Almost everyone is super kind and conscientious.

I could write a small book about all of the kind things that Randy and Denah have done to help me feel at ease in an uncomfortable environment. Another awesome perk is that Allie (who is super cool) attends my church! There is a couple of other very kind ladies there but I can't remember their names.

Randy cares so much that he will go out of his way to help you with difficult decisions about which products work better for different concerns.

Denah has on every occasion remembered my name and asked me how I'm doing. Even if she sees me in another part of the store, she's quick to acknowledge me by name and walk with me for a moment.

I wish I felt the same way about every aspect of this colossal behemoth of a store as do the pharmacy. I guess that would be too perfect.

“I understand, it isn't great when a pharmacist tells you you can't fill a prescription early or they don't have it in stock, but that's not the pharmacists fault. This pharmacy has stepped up in the face of a large overflow from the one in meridianville closing and done it with a smile. I love my Walgreens! Y'all rock!!!Also, don't expect a pharmacy that is understaffed for the unseen overflow to their location to fill a prescription within 30min of closing when they are slammed already. They are working overtime and doing their absolute best to get everyone done. :)”
