Gosh, I feel like I'm the only person on Google that had a bad experience with Mike. I'll try not to take it personally! LOL He had my pistol for over a year just to improve the trigger pull. Not very responsive to emails or voice mail. Finally had to send a certified letter. When I finally received the gun, no noticeable improvement to the awful DA trigger pull, some rust starting deep in the slide serrations and a vise jaw mark on the trigger guard. Awful experience. When I emailed to ask just exactly what work was done (beyond smoothing the trigger face), no reply. No reply to voicemail. Just a bad experience on so many levels. I had so many other guns in my collection that I wanted to send him...my cherished favorites... and was willing to pay almost anything to have them done right. So disappointed as I had heard so many good things about him. Unless he's local and you can stop by and keep an eye on the work, I would go some place else; but, your mileage may vary!

I had a great experience with Mike and have no problem recommending him. He rebarreled a rifle, expanded the barrel channel to fit it, and leveled my scope. I could have done the latter two tasks myself but his labor cost was very reasonable and decided Id rather let him do it. The rifle shoots fantastically.

Impressive work. Mike re sleeved my old Rossi 22. He did a great job and the gun is accurate. Sending my other one to him soon to have him fix the shell ejecting issue. Mike is a great guy. I would trust him with any of my guns.

Mike seems to be a great guy and did an ok job upgrading my Ruger Mark III. He identified a manufacturer defect on the gun while working on it, remove the upgraded parts, put it back together, and notified me of the problem. He didn't charge me anything for the triage which I appreciate. I then got the issue fixed under the warranty and took it back to him for the upgrade. However, he is not really responsive and installed a pin backwards on reassembly

Mike is a stand up guy and you may deal with him without worry. He has a pretty good stock of the Rossi 92 rifle parts and does sell them to his customers. I have dealt with him at least 4 times in the past 5 years with nothing but great, smooth deals . Later David Shultz SASS Fairshake
