DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My dad took his car to them in September for some repairs and after months they are now saying he can come get it but he will need a tow truck as it won't crank. Odd because it cranked before he took it, so not only is it worse off than when he took it but they avoided him for months when he was trying to get his car back. Go anywhere else over this place. He is out $2700 and his car is in worse condition.They should be sued.Service: Transmission

My brother is cripple and trusted these guys to fix his transmission paid the $1800.00 and they had it 2 months, 1 day he had it out then had send back 2 months later still not fixed and they won’t answer the phone ????Update: they are still not answering phone no contact from shop at all. We have filled suit to get the truck out of shop and for damages. I recommend others do same. Stop these guys from scamming others!!!Service: Transmission

one of the worst places to take your vehicle I have took my truck there spent 9000$ to have transmission and transfercase fixed and transmission had 4 leaks seels not put in right transfercase they put the wrong one in it and told me it was the right one DONT EVER USE THEM THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CARS OR TRUCKS don't ever use justin hale or his dad

First off this is not the same people that built the calloway transmission into a great name. These guys moved in and are using the name like its theirs, so dont get fooled. We have had nothing but trouble with my sons truck since they touched it. Of course nothing is their fault. They didnt put a gasket in between transfer case or transmission. The list goes on and on. They are never open and rarely answers their phones, and it took a month to get the wrong transfer case in, then they tried to make it fit. Son sunk over 17,000 between parts, labor, rental cars, time away from work oh and not to mention 2 Towing Bill's. Plus Another 6200.00 at another place to correct all they did wrong.
