I'm proud to have this office as my Ins. Provider. They are on top of everything, but while waiting (about 20 minutes) for agent to set up my policy, I was not spoken to , looked at, or even acknowledged that I was sitting 3 feet from him. It was unprofessional and rude. 20 minutes felt 20 hours to me.
