“I left the hospital after emergency surgery with a prescription in hand. I got to the pharmacy at almost 7:30 pm and told them I realized they would be closing soon and I would pick up my prescription the next morning. They said oh no give us just a minute! In less than 15 minutes they had my prescriptions ready and even rang up the items my husband picked up in the store. This was going above and beyond. I left with them telling me they hoped I would feel better soon! Who does this? Only Publix! Where shopping is a pleasure!”

“My husband and I came in for a graduation cake that was supposed to be here and it wasn't so they checked the near by stores and still no much and couldn't find the cake that was ordered but this Publix bakery team went out of their way and had a new cake made for us in 30 minutes and we were so pleased how they helped us and saved my nieces graduation party. Because party is not a party without cake ?.. thank you Publix bakery.....”
“I absolutely love this Publix! Always so catering and positive. But today in particular I encountered Sarah, in the Seafood department and she was such a pleasure! Great customer service! Very accommodating! I was rushing in last minute for catfish fillets; she was already busy prepping to clean but her willingess to finish quickly and gather food for me really made me happy! So to Andrew McGuire...Sarah is Seafood gets 5 stars from me! *all smiles*”

“After moving from Florida to Alabama, I was presently surprised to see a Publix not far from our new house.
Publix is undoubtedly more expensive than Walmart, but when you look at how they take care of their employees, I'd rather my money go to Publix over Walmart. I figure it's better to pay slightly more for groceries than subsidizing welfare for Walmart workers with my taxes.
That being said, I do miss getting amazing chinese food from my old Publix. Hopefully, the Harvest location adds that option some day. They do Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken far better than Panda, plus it's cheaper.”
