After months of using the unit I'm forced to give a poor rating. A phone number is advertised on multiple signs near the road. That number is out of order. Now I read on reviews that owners give another number, How are customers supposed to know to read reviews for a good phone number to get business done. I was unable to call a week before the end of the month to cancel, the auto payment was placed on my account against my wishes. I called everyday!!!
This is a very poorly managed business.

been trying get hold of them pay my bill but everytime i call saying the nuber is out service has someone gat the new nuber update thay call me thar number is miss up thay working on getting it fix

Under new ownership - customer service is terrible.Edited: I spoke to someone in person and found out what I needed to know. He was helpful and got my issue resolved.

Anchored Storage was the perfect place for me and my family to store our belongings. Ownership was accommodating and overly helpful, I would recommend over and beyond!

They are under new ownership and it is horrible. They don't keep up with your payments correctly, no one is ever there to help you with questions, they won't return phone calls or e-mails. I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now. I have even written them a letter and still no response. The last time I was there I noticed some of my stuff had been chewed apart. I am guessing by mice because of the droppings everywhere. My stuff will be moved out immediately.

Nice people good for the price only downside is you have to go in the gate to the office to make payment. They need a payment box outside the gate. Also no one ever answered the phone. And I can’t seem to catch anyone up there ever

I rented a unit 3 days ago and my code worked for the first 2 days and then stopped working yesterday. I store my tools for work in there and missed a full day of work yesterday and am currently missing work today because I can’t access my tools and no one will answer the phone.

Facilities are ok, but the management is horrible. You can spend weeks calling and leaving messages to try and pay on your unit and not reach anyone or get a call back. There is no other way to pay. When the due date comes and you're still unable to reach anyone, your code stops working, and you just have to wait until finally you get a call back or someone answers. Then they want a late fee. I went 3 months without reaching anyone, and was locked out again before I was able to move everything out to a different complex.
