“A very asthetically pleasing store, every thing is so neat and crisp! The customer service experience is phenomenal. I'm a Samsung person, but my family is all Apple. The experience I have in this store makes me almost want to switch to Apple... almost. However, I do have an iPad, just not an iPhone. Still Samsung when it comes to that. A very nice store!”
“Friendly staff and pretty good prices on electronics. My only issue keeping from 5 stars is the constant asking if I needed help from staff. I was asked if I needed anything at least 20-30 times over a 30-40 minute time frame. I don't know if they are on commission now or what, but it was excessive.”

“THEY SAVED MY DATA WHEN NO ONE ELSE COULD ! One day, my macbook pro decided not to respond to the power button - no response at all. Apple quoted weeks to repair, and probably wouldn't have saved my data. Two separate Apple-authorized repair centers couldn't fix, they only swap logic boards which wouldn't have my data - cost me a total of $3000 ! Powerbook Medic fixed it int two days by simply cleaning out a bit of corrosion on the board - and saved my data - for $345 !!!!!!!!! Love these guys.”
