“My roommate and I came to this auto part store this evening because we thought my cars starter was bad; since the car was sometimes refusing to start since I left work Thursday afternoon. When my roommate went to work on my car this morning, my car refused to start. We originally went to AutoZone to get the battery tested and their machine was down. Luckily O'Reilly's was across the street. Jakori was able to help us and he quickly found out the problem was the battery, not the starter. So he was able to find us a battery for my car. Thank you jakroi and the manager for helping me fix my car; even if it was a simple fix.”

The hispanic gentleman was an absolute rockstar and joy to be serviced by. He assisted with the oil filter selection as well (it was a very new model so it took some time to make an educated guess given the most recent filters were from 2020 and the bike was a 2024). One was so damaged they had to install a software package to replace the home screen button. ?Also had an excellent warranty on led lights which they exchanged for me several times. “I went to O'Reilly today to replace my battery on my truck. It was going ro cost $220. Just before the gentleman rang me up, the manager(Santiago) came out and asked for my phone number. She did a quick computer check and told me there would be no charge today because my old battery was under warranty. I didn't remember because we have 3 vehicles that need a battery change every so often. So I want to give a big thanks to Santiago for saving me $220.”
