IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! I took my Henry, (Miligold Macaw) in for a nail trim and he came home with an amputated wing! Elaine Moore does not listen to the request of the clients and man handled my baby because she wanted to show off! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! The practice owner and manger need to put some new practice policies in place and needs to get rid of Elaine Moore!

Excellent avian vet. She treats my birds. A little expensive compared to other vets in the area for cat and dog care. But no doubt an excellent vet.
