They arrived in 10 minutes and took us to 2 Ford dealers to find a service shop that would repair my truck. Driver was extremely patient and very helpful. The price was less than expected. If you need towing, CALL THESE PEOPLE!

They couldn't get me out and safely down the hill I was stuck on the first day due to the weather but took me to a local hotel and tried again the next day with some additional help from a local guy in a rock crawler, and they got me out and back on the road again!!! Very friendly and professional service, I definitely recommend calling these guys before you do anyone else. They really care about folks and went above and beyond to help me out!

We drive old cars and frequently need towing, and this company is our “go-to”. They have great service and the office administrator, Tatiana, is so professional and kind when we are going through the personal hardship of needing our vehicle towed. One of the workers who towed our truck, also gave us good advice on repairs.

Driving through Alabama on I65 northbound to Chicago after New Year's Day. Dash light went on, knew I wasn't going to be able to go on. Called Paul's and was told to come by if able, if not they would send a tow truck. Was about 5 miles away and able to make it before car stalled. They immediately looked at it and diagnosed. Turns out my alternator belt had blown. They replaced and was back on road within 1-1.5 hours. Customer Service was excellent, and very friendly. I would highly recommend Paul's to anyone.

Had an amazing experience with Scotty from Paul’s towing…we’re from Michigan, blew a tire and our spare didn’t work. He got us to the tire shop quickly and helped us avoid a traffic jam on the way out! So thankful for you guys…the price was great too!
