“I was in a bad situation when I left my phone at the airport upon returning home from a trip. I couldn't recover it so it was totally lost. Both Briana and Connor worked with me patiently, thoroughly, and kindly to help me file my claim and receive my new phone. When one attempt to make a claim couldn't be processed Connor used his own ingenuity to find a way to allow the claim to be processed correctly. My situation with my at&t account was unique so it wasn't as simple as it would be for anyone else to file an insurance claim for a lost phone. I had to go in every day after work for five days to get the claim to go through because of my account situation. My experience was mostly with Connor because he was working when I went in most times. He didn't become frustrated. He didn't just pretend like he had exhausted all his options and he really didn't give up. He really cared about trying to help me and showed empathy. All this to say without the help of both of these great employees I wouldn't have my phone right now and even if I did it wouldn't be set up correctly. I've had good customer service experiences before but they have truly gone above and beyond to help me. Not just as a customer but as a fellow person. I would give higher than five stars if I could.
