Extremely rude. When you have customers standing at a gun case you usually ask if they need any help or want to look at something and not stay seated with your head in your phone.

Rude customer service & for a gun shop you’d think they’d know about guns but after trying to ask them some questions they seemed like they didn’t have answers for. Didn’t seem like they cared about making a good sale. The guy just went back behind the counter to weigh some coins.

Great place to shop for guns, accessories and ammo. Very knowledgeable people. As far as the few comments about rude or poor customer service goes; no, they're not going to jump on your back immediately like a used car salesman and try to sell you any and everything. But I guarantee if you have a question they'll take the time to answer it truthfully and respectfully. Very good people running this place.
