I love going to Lowes when I'm doing projects in my yard as they have a good selection of the things I need, usually. I don't know if they had a big sale and I got there late but they were not as stocked. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

I had placed an order online and encountered some issues in picking it up. When I had spoken to Tim, the manager he was very professional, courteous and listened to my concerns and helped me resolve them with ease, nice job Tim, thank you for understanding
