I know it is a big store and doesn't need a review to get customers. But I have been there numerous times and always choose to go to Hartselle over Decatur because it has great employees who always do what they can to help me. Bill in paint department always looks out for me. Tyler a manager always makes sure I find what I need. The other day I went to buy a washer and both of them and the two sales ladies in appliances all made me feel at home. While this lowed did not have what I needed they made sure they pointed me to the store that did. I went on a Friday and by Sunday I had my new washing machine. Everyone there works hard and helps out.

Don't waste your time at Hartselle Lowe's. Store is a joke!
