I dealt with Marty, super knowledgeable about the mowers. I had a Bad Boy that was getting old and a friend recommended Gravely mowers. After reading reviews and discussing my needs with Marty I decided to give the Pro-Turn 160 a chance to impress me. Impressed I am. I have a big yard with some close work around the house. This mower is a powerhouse. Controls are sensitive so take some getting used to. The machine is fast and responsive. Will actually cut smoothly at 10 mph if the grass is not too tall. I keep my yard at 2” and this mower makes it look a green tabletop. Even smooth cut everywhere. With power enough to cut tall grass that has been missed for a month. I could not ask for a better more powerful mower. Just what I wanted. Gravely is now #1 in my book. I will report on maintenance when due. So far I am totally satisfied with my purchase. Most excellent!!! The best mower I have ever owned. Worth the little extra expense.

They don’t back their product, mower is blowing white smoke and it’s under warranty but they won’t fix it. Terrible people terrible experience

They don’t stand behind what the sell bought a gravely zero turn with Kawasaki motor not even a year old starting losing power and blowing white smoke out took it to them said that I didn’t maintain it and the rings where bad in it and that Kawasaki would not warranty it but I maintained it like I was supposed to so now I have a7000 mower with a bad motor won’t deal with them again

I went in a few years ago to buy the largest 0 turn they make. I was paying cash. No one had the time to talk. I left and went to Kubota who had no problem taking my money.
I will never darken their doors again.

I like this place it feels like I'm in one of those movies though sometimes where everybody knows your name and you don't know how or that you've been there before or when or why but the guy behind the counter is very very intelligent and he has a memory longer than anyone I've ever imagined someone having he remembered my name from over a year ago and I barely go in there but once a year maybe twice a year at Max it had been a whole year and this guy knew my name and also knew why was there before I told him amazing

They are very nice and knowledgeable. We thought our battery was bad and they checked it for me and told me what the problem was. They showed me how to fix it.I appreciate their honest customer service.

This is a place full of equipment know-it-alls.They’ll sharpen your mower blades like a razor blade and diagnose any equipment issue immediately….right there in front of you. I’ve never had an issue, ever.
