Spent 3 hours at urgent care, left there and went straight to this CVS to pick up prescription immediately. My husband has COPD and gets sick almost every January. It happened this time over weekend. Arrived at pharmacy right at 5 (closing time?) and they shut the door and rudely told me they were closed. No questions about if it was an emergency, etc. naturally they were closed the next day for the weather and hadn't even entered the prescriptions into the computer the day before. It was 3 days before we could get his prescriptions, but we sure didn't get it here. Rudest people I've ever seen. CVS on the Beltline is top notch. Will never go back to Hartselle. As far as I'm concerned they can shut the whole store down.

You see 3 people in pharmacy but no one speaks to you and you have to stand and wait.

Rude, disorganized and unable to answer questions. The only reason I use this pharmacy is because they own the insurance company and I'm literally held hostage to this company in order to get needed medication. Further, no drive thru and they have such a small staff that they literally have to close the pharmacy to do lunches instead of scheduling them like a competent retailer. 0/10

I try and call to talk to someone and they deliberately hang up on me. Several times in a row. Taking my business elsewhere.

CVS in Hartselle is so inconvenient. I believe it needs a drive thru pharmacy. Come on CVS, let's catch up with the times

I normally have no issues except rudeness but today I am very upset. Two weeks ago I left my prescription here. My dr gave it to me early because he was going out of town. Today they don't have it. The lady who took my prescription assured me it would be on file and ready for pick up the 22nd. Now they can't find it. Said it was probably put back on the shelf. Just witnessed a guy waiting for his too and they forgot it. Most def need more organization and friendliness.

Very rude customer service, even over the phone! Will talk about their customers behind their back when they think you're not listening. Would not recommend doin any business with them! My wife IS very sick and all she needed was her medicine and all they done was talk behind her back! Very dissatisfied!

The store is out of date. I moved her from Jacksonville, Al. they have new stores, in Jacksonville, Gadsden, and Oxford, Alabama. Why can't Hartselle, Al. have a up tp date store. These new stores have drive through pharmacy, more merchandise, handicap automatic doors and a flat parking area making it easy to get in and out of your car, and the parking area is lite very well. Most have a rotating sign that rotates the sales a CVS has. Here in Hartselle, you have to walk up a steep incline to reach the sidewalk, if there is ice on it there you go. No automatic handicap doors, no drive through pharmacy, no room in store for more merchandise. If you are ever a handicap person you will see how hard it is on them, or as you age. I agree it has nothing to do with the staff, its CVS Management.
