I rented a uhaul on Sunday Feb 3, 2024 and was told to drop the key in the drop box the next day on Sunday when I was done. I did not even have the uhaul a full 24 hours and I got charged for 4 days of use. I contacted Aegis and they were quick to tell me they were not at fault and I would have to contact uhaul. Uhaul contacted them and opened a claim and they still have yet to respond to fix the issue.. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION TO RENT A UHAUL UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR EXTRA DAYS THAT YOU DONT USE IT! 0/10 stars…. HIGHLY URGE YOU TO FIND A DIFFERENT UHAUL DEALER.

If I could rate a 0 star I would. The staff is never available. Picking up a Uhaul from this place is near impossible. Choose any location but this one.

Never answers the phone during posted business hours and adds late fees after not even attempting to charge the account for the original amount.

No one should ever receive late fees. Every month it's the same thing, no one in the office to take your payment or answer the phone. Originally, we were told when we opened the unit that we could pay online but she didn't know how to set that up. When we tried and the website didn't work. I think we'll just find another place to use since no one cares about taking a payment. Don't use them.

Fairly run down place for indoor storage, facility is very dirty. There are several roof leaks, and the access control has been broken for years. I was told there are no plans to repair. Attendant is rarely there. Most of the time the lights don't work. Would use as an emergency storage only. You will pay a premium for the benefit of (nonworking) access control and (sort of) climate controlled.

CLEAN!! BUT Someone should be there.. There's never anyone there , no one answers phone. I have went and call 10am till 4pm . How can you rent due to this is a problem. You better put payments on auto paid because your get charged late payment due to NOONES THERE.MANGERS NEEDS DO BETTER HAVE SOMEONE THERE.UNITS ARE SO SMALL.BUT IT IS CLEAN!BUT NOT SAFE PLACE. ANYONE CAN COME IN BROKE INTO UNITS WALK AWAY OUT BACK DOOR.

We've seen several leaks and ac / temp issues. The security has been an issue for at least 2 years.

I'm not rating because I'm mad, I'm rating as a warning. Office is never opened when there posted hours are and security locks do not work. You can walk into facilities without codes. Surprised place hasn't been robbed yet. Standing water in the back. Motion sensors are hit or miss. Worst customer service ever. Seems like they just want you money and dont care about facility problems.
