The quality of work at the damaged area was good. The quality of communication was poor. They never called. Parts delayed I realize was out of their control but let someone know. I am positive they drove my car 400+ miles during the three weeks they had it. The power mirrors have not worked since I picked the car up and I have no idea how they messed that up since the repairs were on the back door.
