I am a Sales Professional and used AA to pick a vehicle and my customer up in Hartselle, AL when my customer had issues with the vehicle I sold him. When I called they were super easy to work with and picked my customer and his Truck up on time and the driver was AWESOME. He treated my customer with the utmost respect and delivered him and his vehicle safely to our dealership 57 miles away so we could fix the issue. Absolutely a five star company! They came to my house to tow my car, saw that it was a battery cable issue and called a local mechanic to come to my house and repair it. Oh yeah, there was no charge and refused to accept any payment. I challenge anyone to find another company that does that!
