Tried to reserve a storage unit. Nobody seems to work at this location. Plenty of cigarettes butts outside their door but no sight of an employee or owner. U-Haul representative tried to help and apologized for A-Storage’s known reputation of getting assistance. No worries, plenty of other storage locations.

Awesome customer service!! My plans were continuously changing but they worked with me so well, it was such a blessing during my move. I rented both a U-Haul and a storage unit which was the perfect size. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs help with their move!

Terribly ran business. Pulled up this morning to get our 26 foot uhaul and tried to self check in for the time slot we reserved at 7am and we were prompted on U-Haul‘s website that we couldn’t get the U-Haul until 11 AM so I called U-Haul and I was told that this business did not set up the self check in for us to be able to get a U-Haul. Another car pulled in right beside us and had the exact same issue. Moving is stressful enough as it is without someone just simply failing to do their job we reserve the U-Haul three weeks ago. Absolutely ridiculousEdited to add after business replied: I spoke with someone at the facility who confirmed our time to pickup and when we went to get the key they had not placed it in the box so it was 100 percent A storage facilities fault. Uhaul confirmed they should have placed the key in there.

Uhaul confirmed they should have placed the key in there and that it was most definitely their fault. Please do not book a Uhaul to be picked up at this facility. The couple who pulled up next to us had the exact same problem so this is apparently a reoccurring problem with this storage facility.
