I Can't speak for everyone else but my experience was a very good one. I was told upfront of any fees I might have to be charged and nothing was hidden from me. You all have to understand you need to pay someone to evaluate the problem. Once they diagnose it then they can work. They even worked to fix a additional problem I had no idea about. I was told of anything that was a major concern and they were quick and very professional. I love the fact that they have mechanics who have been there a long time. Longevity in mechanics shops is very important. A++++

I was on my way to Panama City, FL when suddenly the rental SUV alerted me of low tire pressure on my two front tires. I googled "Tire shop" near me and Hartford Tire and Auto Center came up. I had to turn around and drive 10 miles but it was worth it. The Hartford Tire and Auto Center staff were attentive and took care of the tires. Somehow I had two nails on my driver's tire and one on my front passenger's tire, I witnessed when the nails were taken out and the attention to detail while patching the tires; It was relieving to know the SUV and I were in great hands and gave me peace of mind to continue my drive.
