My dogs love it here! They can be wild but these ladies know how to handle them and they come home happy and exhausted from all the play! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best! All of the staff is top notch and treat your animal as their own. We have used WKK for the last several years and never had one issue. Would not take our Etta Faye anywhere else!

Terrible don’t answer the phone and gave me a list off vaccines and missed one and wouldn’t accept my dog while out of town called numerous times and they would not answer the phone

Don't expect to pay the same price the lady at the desk shows you on her Calculator, and definitely do not pay with a card. If you absolutely have to use this kennel, I recommend paying with cash. Last year I paid a flat rate for eight days, no tax applied. This year I paid a 4% fee for using my credit card, which is fine, but also paid $20 in tax, Totaling almost $30 more than the expected pay. I try to communicate with the owner as to why tax was applied this year, and not last year, and she had the worst attitude. I couldn't believe it. Everyone has a right to know where every penny of their money goes. A businesses best advertisement is word-of-mouth, and this company will never have a good report from me again. All it would have taken is cordial communication. There are plenty of other kennels in the surrounding area, I highly suggest they are used over this one.

Not what I was expecting. I guess you get what you pay for. But be careful they charge hidden fees at the end. So the quote is not accurate. I got stuck paying an extra $30 and when I asked what it was for all I got was a rude email. Definitely would not recommend or use again.

They are constantly busy tending dogs and cleaning. A bit out of the way but animals seem well cared for and naturally ready to go home. They have no stress from boarding. I'll take the dogs back for boarding whenever needed.

So disappointed with the new groomer. I really hate posting this I have been with WC for years but I am so disappointed with things were handled. I had my 12 year old Westie groomed and the new groomer cut her skirt completely off. A phone call from the owner to talk to me would have made a world of difference. I know it will grow back but she's 12 and looked so pretty now she look like a boy with a bad haircut. We won't be back because not only because of the cut but mainly because a return phone call to me after I called with my concern asking to talk to the owner didn't happen. I feel like that was the least I should have gotten since I did call wanting to talk to her and was told by the office staff they would have her call me. No offer to refund which I don't care about the money all I got was an email saying she would talk to the groomer. I'd like to know why!!! Why would someone do that to a dog that obviously has had the same cut for years. I would have appreciate a little more personal concern I mean these four legged animals are our babies and they aren't just a dog.Customer service and addressing concerns is a huge part of business. Seems I'm just a number when I thought I was a good customer. Still upset!!

They go above and beyond to make sure your pets feel at home. They even sent my wife pictures of our fur babies to ease her mind. They get play time and people time and anything extra you may want to add on to your stay package such as baths, nail trimming, or even extra play time. I HIGHLY recommend this place for your pets.

We showed up unexpectedly because we needed a place to board our puppies for 2 nights. The atmosphere in the office was great, Emma greeted us with the biggest smile ever and paid attention to every single request we had for Cosito and Bella.She even offered a tour throughout the facility but we were so pleased with what we saw at first that we decided not to and that it was gonna be the right place for our pups!NO REGRETS AT ALL! Today I went to pick my pups up and what an amazing experience.I got there and my pups didn’t want to run away!!! It means the world to me to see them happy and stress free!I really want to thank y’all for being so amazing and treating our pups like if they were at home. I have no words to express my gratitude!I would definitely be coming back! (Or should I say WE? ??)
