I had my unit for over a year with no problems, when there was a situation due to weather they informed us immediately so we could come check on our stuff. Great job would use you again if need be.

Great people to deal with. Very professional and caring. Also the location was my favorite, it allowed me to move my things in and out, without everyone in this small town watching me. My only opinion would be, the small cracks inside the climate controlled rooms to be closed in a bit better. It still allows bugs and small rodents to get inside. I would definitely use them again.
