Overall really good place to work. Dispatch and management are great to deal with. Had some issues with them but every trucking company has a problem here or there. They have good routes and are off weekends for most local routes. Lease drivers made decent money and drive nice trucks. Truck shop is newer and office is great. They have a few large scale customers so the loads are always there. Pay is ok but most other companies don’t offer this many hours. Can’t stand the load scanning app used here. Gonna miss working here. Bottom line, this is a great place work long term.

Safety office or anyone in general unavailable as their driver pulling trailer 8342 NB 65 out of Nashville into Kentucky is locking down the left lane on an uphill pull with available truck lane. After taking over 5 miles to complete a single pass, the driver finally yields to the miles of traffic now behind them and moves over... for about 90 seconds... then proceeds to whip back over like they are driving a smart car, almost totalling out a pick up truck in the process with the DOT bumper. The maneuver was totally unnecessary as the next vehicle ahead of the power unit was more than 20 car lengths away. 1/13/24 @ 1732 CST. Maybe a call ahead to the Kentucky scales will yield a change in this "professional" drivers unprofessional behavior. No staffed safety line while units are running? Seems to me safety is not a strategy for the motor carrier.

MyWay Transportation is the best place to be! Recruiting is so kind, they explain everything clearly. The shop is more than helpful and do a fantastic job. The billing ladies are awesome at explaining everything needed. I could not ask for a better company to work for. Their hours are flexible and the family atmosphere is unmatched! Thank you MyWay Transportation for everything you do!!!

This company will run your truck into the ground. Cheap freight and miles and miles of deadhead miles.

This is a decent legal running Trucking company! They offer good pay and alot of hometime if you choose to be anything other than OTR. They have a good reputation. The only reason they don't get 5 stars from me if because the pay is a little overstated per talking with the recruiter and some of their drivers out here on the road.

Similar to that of MrC, I also applied after talking with one of their drivers at a Truckstop. Spoke to a guy named Josh. After a week passed I still had no response so I called him and was told he was "helping change email providers". Waited a few more days and when he finally did take my call I was told I didn't have enough experience and their insurance company wouldn't cover me. I've been running for 2 years under my own authority, which is easily documentable, so how much experience do they want? The truth is, either Josh lied or both he and his insurance company are clueless. Any insurance company would have asked for a loss run from MY insurance provider when I was running under my own authority. I went to R.E. Garrison instead.I couldn't recommend this place because either their recruiter lies or is just lazy but either way, it wasn't a good experience and things definitely weren't handled professionally. I'm working on a video about this experience for YouTubeUPDATE......why is it that when a company does the wrong thing, mishandles a situation or something else, they always encourage YOU to contact THEM? They caused the issue, shouldn't THEY be reaching out to me?I mean, they've already got my application. If they actually had interest in rectifying anything wouldn't they be the ones to reach out?Just seems odd to me

I'm not going to go into details but I will say I was in a desperate situation. I had recently become homeless due to a house fire and I was driving down the interstate with my dad going back to his house to live with them when I saw the sign for my way transportation. I gave them a call and asked about the least purchase program. I explained I didn't have any physical copies of my CDL medical card, social security card or any of that stuff as it had burned in the fire. The lady on the phone said she would send me a link for an application to fill out and I received it within about 30 seconds. I got home about 45 minutes later to my parents house and as I was pulling in the driveway the lady text me and asked when I could come in for an interview. I told them I could be there that day and explained that I was desperate, I had nowhere to stay and Was wanting to get back into a truck as quick as possible. About 15 minutes later, she text me back and asked what time I could be there ,if I could come today. I immediately dressed and headed that way. The entire ride. I was a bit depressed and apprehensive about going in and meeting them , because I was wearing Walmart clothes that I had just bought the day before, since I lost all my clothes in the house fire. I was bruised and broken, Literally body and soul. and can say I was at a low point that I'd never thought I would be at. When I entered, the staff treated me with respect, they treated me like a human being, and made me feel comfortable. Within 2 days they had the paperwork done. The orientation done. The drug screen is done and let me sign the paperwork to get into a truck. The day I got into the truck they gave me my first load and I am now sitting on a dock Getting loaded with that first load. The people at this place went above and beyond for me, and I can't thank them enough. Money aside, although it seems to be good. The simple fact that they treated me with respect and as a human being when I felt like a l**** that didn't deserve it, says everything you need to know about these people and this company.

I've been with My Way now for over a year and no complaints at all. They've stood behind everything they said in the beginning and that's hard to come by in this industry.

Great Company so far coming from my previous company was at for 6 years at $1.20 a mile and my pay was limited from constantly sitting. My Way pays percentage and let’s me choose my lane . I run hard just how i like to roll . Best week here i grossed $10k and that net pay settlement was very good . Home every weekend and often by the house during the week for a 10 hour from lane i run . Making better money on percentage than i did at Landstar before Covid!

Just hired on, so I don't have a lot to say at this time. But everyone I met was informative and helpful. Hopefully I'll work out with them . Not too different than what I'm used to.
