Gov. Guy Hunt Rest Stop is a nice and spacious rest stop in Alabama. It has clean restrooms and well‑maintained grounds. The Armed Forces sign out front honors military. There is an RV dump station near the entrance and easy parking. The lot is spacious with green grass and trees. Vending machines offer traditional favorites. The rest stop is nicely lit and feels safe. Travelers from I‑65, including campers and those heading north, find everything needed. It is one of the best rest stops in Cullman County and Good Hope. Overall, it is a nice place to stop.

I just stopped to use the restroom.Nice facilities, clean restrooms, and grounds looked maintained. I liked the Armed Forces sign out front. Thanks to our Military all around the world. God Bless

If you have been camping and are headed north on I-65, this state rest stop has an RV dump station near the entrance and an easy parking lot to navigate. As a first timer, I found everything I needed and was able to operate the equipment with no problems.

One of the best rest stops in the city of Cullman and Good Hope and in Cullman county right off I-65 and I strongly recommend it!
