Called for a phone said they had it then after arriving driving way out of my way they decided to tell me as soon as I walk in they won’t sell it to me without an upgrade. Go to the Cherokee Ave location in cullman and they take care of you.

My husband and I had the BEST experience switching over to Cricket thanks to the help of Gigi, Steven, Jacie, and Josh! They were so helpful and made the transfer an easy experience. 10/10 recommend the Hanceville location!

There was a sign on the door around 5pm saying that someone would be back in 15 minutes. Waited 30 and no one ever showed up. Tried calling the store number and it went to voicemail saying that they were either with a customer or closed. Hours posted said 8pm. Ended up going to the Cullman location and they were super helpful.
