I just bought a mattress from this store. Bren was my mattress consultant and answered every question I had with no pressure whatsoever. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient and made sure I felt like I had all the information to make the best decision on a mattress. I tried out several mattresses in-store and finally settled on one with complete confidence. Bren then expertly walked me through the purchase, financing, and accessories. Bren, the store’s manager was a great help in pairing down the three types of mattresses that she felt my wife and I would be most comfortable with. She took the guess work out of the many mattress they have on the floor to find the right one for us. We ended up with the TemperPedic bed.Great experience and I highly recommend Bren and her team at the Hampton Cove store

I walked in and was immediately welcomed by Bren. She assessed my needs (guest bedroom needs) and had the perfect solution for me. She actually listened, and did not try to upsell me into anything that was not necessary for me. She was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the products and how to accommodate different sleep needs. If you live in the area and need a mattress, I definitely recommend here! I went to several mattress stores and this store is by far the BEST! Best customer service and clean! Jerry provided the best customer service!!! So knowledgeable and very patient with us as we tried every mattress in the store to find the perfect fit! He’s awesome!!! Highly recommend!

We came in needing a purchase guest bedroom mattress which we needed to be able to take home that day.
