I have lived all over the USA, and I have never have this bad of cable service. They do temp. fixes on everything. Maybe they like the phone calls.

I'm not satisfied with the price going up. Then the HBO and Cinemax are extra and play movies I've seen a hundred times on regular channels. I'm not satisfied and I'm going to get a different provider. Just don't understand why they can't offer better service when they know they have competition that's much better.

Terrible service, Not worth the pay, Their prices are ridiculous for what speeds they offer, The technicians when they come are rude people the office workers on the phone can be nice but over-all very unhelpful. they never answer the phone or return calls especially if it involves there poor internet service. And always have excuses for anything instead of fixing the problem. I HIGHLY recommend AVOID getting your internet service or cable service from them, only use them if it is A last resort effort not sure how they are still in business with all the complaints I see. But never the less. bad company and bad service. For your own good stay away from then until they improve as A business.

Just not good. Bad customer service. Bad product. The cost for what they offer is laughable. From my personal experience anytime there is an issue, and you try to contact someone for help you can't reach them. So just leave a message and hope they feel like calling you back.
