I'm rating this branch on their kindness and willingness to assist.
I'd driven an hour to get to this branch and discovered I'd left my purse at home, which housed all my bank cards. The bank was closing in 15 minutes, and I was spread super thin from an extremely hectic day.
The staff assisted me in navigating how to upload my bank card to my wallet. I was able to process a deposit, which saved my day. Their kindness and patience were greatly appreciated!!!

I recently opened an account at this branch. I found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. Much better service than most banks that I have used over the years. I definitely recommend this bank!!

This bank provides the absolute worst customer service! Impossible to speak with an actual person. Their online service is so easy for scammers and fraud. Wells Fargo is enabling the perpetrators. They should be held accountable for their lack of customer support for curing fraudulent accounts!

Automated claims process to endorse a check from the insurance company is horrible. Website does not work, no one knows what is going on , had to talk to 5 people before I got an answe had to drive 50 miles to a branch to get check endorsement. Will never use them again for a mortgage. Horrible automated services

Well, not sure where to even start. First disappointment has been the closing of almost every branch near me. Today I needed to do some banking and as I went, was going to cash in a ton of change we had, (help the shortage) and was told as soon as I arrived, they could only take rolled coins. First of all, it's a bank, second, if you are sitting in a million dollar property conducting business, why could you not afford a change sorting/counting machine?? Just another shortcoming of customer service!!!
