I bought this money pit home only brand new four months ago no one will fix it shoddy workmanship see photos I paid extra for pad and dealer isn't really helping I have a fire hazard in electrical too. I have tons more pictures and videos flickering lights I've had to buy heaters. All kinds of things. I am very upset. I bought a brand new home for a reason, now I'm paying with my s.s. for nothing and raising my grandson since my sons death in this disaster..... I can't get any help I've called everyone I've got emails and texts since the beginning. I paid 100,000 for it and I owned my land. HELP!

We absolutely love our Hamilton Home!!! We noticed a few things after we moved in, made up a punch list of the items, the dealer in Hamilton took care of everything promptly to completion. It’s a house that was rolled into place in a trailer, of course they’ll be issues. I think the important part is how the problems are dealt with. We have zero complaints other than the finish work could be alittle better. Some of it looks like someone was living for the moment! Other than that, the house is great!!

Horrible horrible home builders!! We paid $186,000 for a home that looks like we have lived in it for ten years and had tried fixing it up!!! Worst company do not buy a home for this company!!! We haven’t been able to get out home fixed at all and we have a load barring wall that’s off and will eventually cause issues with our home!!!! Don’t just don’t buy a home for the horrible company!!!!!

I bought a Hamilton home over a year ago and still have not had all the issues that were wrong the day I bought it corrected. I have been dealing with the Yess Home Center who sold it to me however they have been very unprofessional and not timely at all. I would not recommend anyone buy a Hamilton home ever!!Services: Prefabricated home building

Home couldn't have been made cheaper soft spots EVERYWHERE in the floor plastic water fixtures nothing is square doors won't close right trim falling off and the list goes on

This has been the worst experience ever. They are very unprofessional and promise to fix your home once you buy it but the people they send only make the issues worse. It’s been over a year and our house is in worse condition than it was to begin with. So if the issues out of the long list: I haven’t even been able to use/ open my front door for a year, there are nails sticking out of door jambs, staples sticking out of carpet, doors that don’t shut, bumps in the floor, dips in the carpet, carpet seams that have nails sticking out, tub/ showers don’t drain, trim pieces falling off. I could go on and on. I have a baby and young child and I picked screws, staples, annd nails out of carpet and off the floors for months after the workers left. This has been nothing but stressful and pouring more money into our “new” home. 3 words, DONT DO IT!Services: Paint indoors

My wife and I bought a 2023 Utah Mobile Home and spent over $200,000, with the land and have had over 8 major water leaks, the trim is falling off the walls, all the nail and brad holes in the trim are not covered on any of it. They leave messages but do not return the calls. We went through Town and Country out of Tupelo to get our dream home and it has been a nightmare, that no-one prepared us for. the Finance company, triad, will not return your call and there is no communication. We want a new home not this piece we were given, from Hamilton and Town and country. Even the workers that have come out to stop he leaks, say this home was not put together with the care of being a family's dream. If this isn't worked out soon, Litigation will be the next step. The home we bought is not built at the standard they have their website. We have multiple problems and issues. We have filed a claim with the dealer and have not seen one person from Hamilton nor have anyone called to schedule a time to fix this. We paid $190,000 for an over price brand new fixer upper. Do not buy a home from them, it is poor quality and customer service is non-existing.

So I bought this new home in October and we moved in the week of Thanksgiving thinking I’d be so satisfied with it but after moving in there were such a long list of problems. The master shower leaks into the wall and the floor because it’s not caulked or sealed properly and the paneling and trim has to be ordered and replaced. I have doors that won’t stay open and ones that won’t stay closed. The receptacle that my stove was plugged into shorted out and melted on one side and didn’t even trip the breaker. It just had to be replaced in the last couple of weeks. Also the dishwasher had to be looked at recently because it leaked in the floor I think the door seal didn’t seal properly causing it to do so and it’s brand new! The sinks in all the bathrooms leaked. Nails in the floor coming up under the floor covering. Many more issues also that need to be addressed. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and left several voice mails with no one returning my calls to fix the warranty repairs. The quality of our used single wide that we bought around 2005 was better than this brand new double wide. I wish I had never bought this house. I am very dissatisfied and would love some answers!

Bought our house 2 years ago at first they seem to want to fix there 2nd rate work but just kinda faded out and will not answer the phone some roof panels needing fixed , busted cabinet doors , trim falling everywhere , the guys they sent out the first time was supposed to fix the gouges and the ill attempt to cut a sinkhole in the counter top and they rubbed black caulk in it . Overall house is built 2nd rate , services are even worse . But I guess I'll set in and do the work myself even though I feel I've already paid for it to be done . Will not recommend them to anybody .

part 2 Today is FEBRUARY 4, 2022 and we have YET to get a date of when someone will be coming to do our repairs from the punch list. When I turned my punch list, I was told that within a 90 day period, someone would be sent to complete our repairs. We are now approximately around day 115 (+/- a couple of days). There is a random number that keeps texting my husband, and every time, it’s the the same story every other week. When you try calling this number, no one answers the line. I tried contacting Kimberly, the customer service coordinator, previously by email with no response and today by phone again with no response. I also called the number to Hamilton Home Builders numerous times, each time there’s no response. Please see attached screenshots. I believe that if you are going to continue to be a dealer for Hamilton Homes, and promote their products even though you see that they NOT fixing the issues or taking care of your customers, then that tells me that you do NOT care about your customers. I’d also suggest that before opening more businesses and expanding, please take care of the customers you already have that are still waiting on repairs. Also, do not promise your customers that you will have one of your contractors fix them if you don’t plan to do what you say. I am aware this does not solely fall in the dealers lap, however, it should be the dealers priority to help their customer get answers and ensure the customers that they’re doing everything in their power to help push along and resolve the issues. I purchased directly from Yess not Hamilton Home Builders directly. The day the review section was removed from your Facebook page told me that you’re only out to make a dollar and that the care and happiness of your customers does not matter. Since starting this dreadful process, I have been made aware of other customers of yours who have had or are dealing with more problems than we have had with our home. I am very thankful ours is nothing major, but it definitely will be later down the road if our issues are not corrected now. The issues I’m referring to are not minor issues. I am talking about issues that with the circumstances, these homes should have never been delivered to the property in the shape it was in. I will NOT hush or go away until my issues are resolved. We want the promises made to us complete, and our home fixed correctly and timely. If you as a dealer feel like you cannot depend on the manufacturer to do this, then maybe you should find a different manufacturer to support. DO NOT BUY HAMILTON OR YESS HOMES

I absolutely fell in love with The Madison on the lot and we special ordered one. We haven't even moved in yet and we have noticed crooked walls, crooked electrical outlets, plaster EVERY WHERE (floors, walls, cabinets, appliances, water faucets, etc), the doorways into our closets ARE NOT EVEN TRIMMED!! We had a bad experience with our dealer and now the house is a hot mess too! We thought we were getting a well built, Saturday, nice home... We were wrong! Do NOT buy from Hamilton Homebuilders!!

Good home for the price. We shopped around before we made our decision. I see all the service nightmares but I think that goes back to who they got it from. We have had prompt service.
