I have done business with all 3 pharmacies in Hamilton and without any doubt I can tell you this is the BEST pharmacy in Hamilton!! Pharmacist Mickey Gerstman and the Lady Pharmacist (I can’t recall her name) is the absolute best in caring for their customers. The prices at this pharmacy cannot be beat especially if you are self pay, My mother does not have a drug card and a particular medication she gets is 40.00 at Express well she changed pharmacies and went to a locally family owned pharmacy to get her prescription filled and the same medication was 56.00 their after continuing doing business at this pharmacy it remained 56.00 she had a dispute with this pharmacy about another medication she got there and the next month she refills medication #1 and they charged her 88.00 instead of the 56.00 she was perplexed and upset about the huge increased amount in the price she was charged well she asked a pharmacist that is employed by the family owned pharmacy and she replied there had been an increase in the amount of this medication but not up to 88.00 whom the owner charged her and this pharmacist actually refunded her 27.00. After this happened my Mother and I went “home” to Express RX and we were welcomed back with open arms and Pharmacist Mickey G and the very nice lady Pharmacist spoke with us and welcomed us back. I cannot express enough my feelings toward this pharmacy and how they treat their customers like family but also ensure you get the lowest price for your medication whether or not you have drug benefit insurance or no insurance coverage for medication they will go above and beyond to help their customers, this pharmacy deserves 10 Stars !!!!!!

Had a prescription transferred for my husband because they were out of this medicine for the 4th time and they didn't send the whole prescription over and when I call them was told it was walgreens fault they had messed up now the dr calls express rx and say he has something processing knowing when you send a script it's there. Our son has also had thyroid meds filled here and was owed medicine and I had to go in with his bottle that said we owe you 60 before they would correct their mistake. Patrick is Awesome never any issue when he handles anything

Really enjoyed their attitudes and responsible service until my latest purchase.1. I was SUPPOSE to be notified why Tri-care was not showing my wife on medicine.2. I was suppose to be email the details on my wife's 4 prescriptions so we would know which meds were for what.I never received either. The list of drugs I think should have been included anyway.Seems they only react as long as you are STANDING THERE.

one of your employees came into my place of work with us having a line out the door, she said “thats the sloppiest thing i’ve ever seen” talking about the food i made her, not even that she didn’t even say anything to me while i was making her food, she waited and told the cashier for some reason? only reason im reviewing this is because she was wearing yalls express rx shirt. might want to watch what kinda people you hire, ridiculous honestly ??

Express RX has been such a blessing to our family. The staff always has the best customer service, helpful answers to questions and they genuinely care about each customer. The prices are so affordable that we drive from out of town to use them!
