I'd driven an hour to get to this branch and discovered I'd left my purse at home, which housed all my bank cards. The bank was closing in 15 minutes, and I was spread super thin from an extremely hectic day.
The staff assisted me in navigating how to upload my bank card to my wallet. I was able to process a deposit, which saved my day. Their kindness and patience were greatly appreciated!!!”
